Frame is super passionate about giving our members the best information whether it’s fitness, lifestyle, self development or how to have fun. Food is a massive part of life and life at Frame since we launched our Cafe 15 months ago. We feel it’s our duty to break some taboos that have been circulated in the press for the past decade and get real about REAL food and how amazing it can be. As every good PT will tell you, you can’t out train a bad diet.
The event will start with a short introduction from Frame's Jayne Robinson who will be leading the panel discussion. The panel discussion will last for 1 hour in this time we will be covering topics such as gut health, the term 'Clean Eating', eating for exercise and the low down on protein....how much you should in fact be eating. The expert panelists on the evening will be Karen Collins, Founder of Happy Tummy Company, Alice Mackintosh, Nutritionist, Equi London co-founder and author of The Happy Kitchen Eccie Newton, Founder and Head Chef at Karma Can's and Alexandra Dudley, food lover, food waste fighter and Founder of Punch Foods This will be followed by a 30 minute Q&A with the audience and finishing with some nibbles and mingling.
