Welcome in 2020 with a relaxing and detoxing retreat. We will spend the morning settling back into ourselves, discovering our intentions for the year ahead, and detoxing the festive season to welcome the new year in style.

This morning retreat is the perfect way to reboot your system after Christmas and provide a much-needed break from the December madness!

Hosted at the welcoming Space at the Mill Studio in Castlefield, Manchester, you’ll feel calm and collected as soon as you walk through the doors.

We will focus on the loving benefits of yoga and meditation, reducing stress and ways to improve your wellbeing. You’ll leave feeling gorgeous and renewed, not to mention, connected and loved.

DYNAMIC MORNING FLOW
Move with purpose through a 60 mins energising morning yoga flow to fill you with a sense of strength and stability.

MINDFULNESS
Discover the hidden benefits of shifting from a human-doing to human-being with the practice of mindfulness in daily life and mindfulness meditation.

ACTUALISING WORKSHOP
Feel supported to access your own potential, explore your intentions for the future and the ways to actualise them in a mini personal development workshop.

RESTORATIVE YOGA FLOW
To restore balance and settle our nervous system we will move into a gentle restorative flow to slow down and open the body. Providing a sense of peace and calm in our busy lives.

DISCO NAP (Yoga Nidra)
Expect to fall into a deep meditative state where healing can take place and balance is restored for the body, mind and soul.

DETOXIFYING BRUNCH
After a food-centric Christmas you can - and should eat in a way that doesn’t deprive you, but simply shifts your food intake to healthier and whole foods that provide lots of dietary fibre to improve digestion while cutting out foods that are less nutritious like refined sugar and bread products. We will serve a delicious plant-based lunch to aid your transition into 2020.

During this half-day retreat, you’ll get the opportunity to journey through these amazing activities, take-home skills and techniques helping you live life more connected, fruitful and in support of your unique optimum health from the inside out.

Please bring a blanket, warm socks, and a jumper to get cosy for your disco nap and a notepad /journal to take down any notes during the reflective activities.
