A fantastic opportunity to invest in your Health and Wellbeing for 3 hours on a Saturday Morning.

In a stunning location overlooking the River Thames, The Physio Well team invites you to join them at an event which focusses on 3 things, movement, education and delicious food.

The Physio Well are two Physiotherapy friends passionate about health and wellbeing. We believe that we are made to Move well, Think well, Eat well which helps us to Be well!

Programme:

9am Registration and welcome energising juice shot

9:15am Anri Visser leads a 45 minute HIIT/Functional Movement circuit

10am Brekkie and mingling - A delicious, healthy breakfast will be provided by our friends at Social Brew cafe and we encourage all our guests to chat and get to know each other and us a little

10:20am What is 'Holistic Wellbeing' discussion and workshop

10:45am Lauren Wolfe will lead you in a 60 minute Pilates and stretch session (Please BRING YOUR OWN MAT)

11:45am Goodbyes and goodie bags filled with awesomeness!
