    Come join Kal Radcliffe and let us together learn to navigate and support hormonal changes through nutrition to keep you looking and feeling your best throughout the perimenopause, menopause and beyond.  

    Menopause is a change of life that no woman can avoid.  It is a time of profound change in all aspects of her body. It can be one of the most trying periods in a woman’s life resulting in symptoms that can range from mild to severe and debilitating. These may include hot flushes, anxiety, brain fog, low libido, mood changes, fatigue, weight gain, altered sleep and joint pain amongst others which can significantly impair her quality of life.  

    Our diet, environment and lifestyle have a great influence on hormonal balance and our overall health.  This workshop will provide you with an understanding of the hormonal changes as you move through the menopause and solutions to help you restore your health and vitality.   Come and learn how nutrition can help to alleviate symptoms and support your long-term health.   Let me translate the nutritional research into everyday practical tips and nourishing recipes for you to try.   

    The workshop will cover:

    •  Challenges of the menopause and how to relive symptoms naturally
    •      Long term health concerns and how to address them
    •      Key nutrients and foods to support hormone balance
