Well Pregnant - A Morning Retreat is a special event for women at any stage of pregnancy.


Combining experts in maternal health and wellbeing, the morning will include a variety of sessions to support mind, body and soul.

Well Pregnant is an opportunity to treat yourself to some serious self-care. You'll learn practical ways to support your health and wellbeing during pregnancy and beyond. From nutrition, to movement and mindset; you'll leave feeling calm, energised and armed with tools to keep you centred, nourished and resilient as you transition into motherhood.

FountLondon are hosting this special event, and we'll be ensconced under the arches for a calm and intimate morning.

RETREAT OUTLINE

We'll kick off with pregnancy yoga session taught by Helen Stewart-Cox from Stretch London to get everyone feeling flexible and relaxed. Please wear comfortable clothes to move in. Mats will be provided.

Next up will be a talk by nutritional therapist Jodie Abrahams who will share principles for staying well-nourished so you can feel, look and function at your best. The talk will be followed by a practical demo on making nutrient-dense snacks with OAT Kitchen.

We'll end with a hypnobirthing practice with Anthonissa Moger, the Hypnobirthing Midwife who will share techniques to help you prepare for a calm and empowered birth.

You'll leave with an amazing goody bag with products tailored to your health and wellbeing during this special time. These will include gifts from Wild Nutrition, Rude Health, ProVen Probiotics and Ouli's Ointment.

After the event, you can enjoy delicious, nourishing snacks from OAT Kitchen's pop up stall.
