    Description

The greatest nuclear catastrophe in the chronicles of mankind. A fatal mistake that destroyed the lives of thousands of people overnight. A tragedy that changed the course of history, shocked the world, and buried a former Soviet paradise underneath a thick blanket of radioactive dust. Chernobyl remains a testament to man's unquenchable thirst for progress and the untamable forces of nature. Decades after it was involuntarily abandoned, life is slowly returning to the ruins of the Exclusion zone. The harrowing atmosphere and echoes of broken dreams now serve as a refuge not just for the increasingly more diverse fauna, but also for dark tourists, adventurers, or just general fans of quality HBO shows. Are you also intrigued by its tragic story, but don't feel like fighting any more invisible enemies? Experience a Chernobyl tour with no need to worry about radiation! An expert tour guide, a self-proclaimed radiation hunter, and a Ukraine native, who has visited Chernobyl more than 100 times, Olya Romanitska, will lead us through the decrepit streets of Pripyat, describe what life was like before and after the accident, and offer useful traveling tips for when it's safe to visit this remarkably dangerous place again.

    Olya Romanitska

is one of the most experienced Chernobyl tour guides with vast knowledge and a deep understanding of its history. Upon her first visit to the Exclusion zone, she became so fascinated that since then she has explored it more than 100 times. As a self-proclaimed "radiation hunter", Olya specializes in radiation and can spend hours discussing it. She is a Ukrainian native and she's also fluent in English, German, and Czech, which makes her one of the most sought after and invaluable guides in the Chernobyl zone.
