The ‘barbecue balcony’ arrives in London on 10th May and will be situated in Granary Square until the 13th May as part of its tour of major European cities. Located from the 10th – 11th May in Pancras Square before heading up the road to Granary Square on the 12th – 13th May, this customised London double decker bus will will offer food enthusiasts the opportunity to discover the art of grilling in the city and experience flavours they can’t get in the kitchen, all with guidance from Simon Rimmer.
Within this exclusive dining space, consumers will have the chance to enjoy a range of unique street food inspired dishes, all cooked on the newly launched state of the art Weber Pulse Grill.
The Weber Pulse Grill, powered by electricity, has been designed with urban living in mind, transforming balconies or small outdoor spaces into natural extensions of the kitchen and ensuring cooking smells are kept out of the home, giving you flavours you can’t get in the kitchen and ensures perfectly cooked food every time.

From blueberry pancakes with honey for brunch, to Nordic salmon hot dog to vermouth and pink peppercorn steak for dinner, visitors will have the opportuntity to taste a large range of dishes ranging from twists on BBQ classics to innovative new recipes.
For those without a booking, there is still much to do and see within the space, including cooking demonstrations showcasing street food that you can recreate at home and the chance to get to grips with the newly launched innovative Weber Pulse Grill.
