What happens on the day?
Meet us at St Helens Picnic site where you will find one of our dedicated instructors who will kit you out and provide you with a brief theory and safety overview.
Decide on your mode of transport, options include: Canoe, Kayak or Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP).
Once you’ve taken to the water, we will cover the basics of paddling techniques, stance and balance before paddling up stream to Two Mile Bottom.
Upon arrival to Two Mile Bottom you will have the chance to light your own fire to toast a marshmallow or buil up a brew, grab something to eat and have a toilet break. We will then have some fun with some challenges before your float back to St Helens whilst soaking up our surroundings and spotting Wildlife.
What will I need to bring?
You will need to wear clothing for weather conditions; we will be outside for the whole duration, so a nice cozy jumper and waterproofs would be great. Good footwear is also essential, ideally boots or your favorite wellies.
These courses are self-catering. Please bring enough food for the duration – We do have a marshmallow stash so you can test your own built fires toasting skills, as well as having an endless supply of Tea, Coffee, Juice and hot water so bring your favorite mug along for the ride.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
