Vox Voices is a course of relaxed and playful vocal workshops, with body percussion, movement and uplifting world, folk and jazz melodies learnt by ear
Vox Voices - 2 workshops and performance
A special double workshop and performance course for Vox Voices regulars past and present, who want to take part in a one-off performance at the Garden Classroom Community Festival at Newington Green on Saturday 6th May.
We will perform four or five songs from our past repertoire, determined by the final choir and what we all know and like the best.
Workshops led by Tara Franks (Cellist/singer and Creative Director of SoundsCreative Projects).
(New singers please join us on the 9th May when the summer season of sings will start again)
Dates and location:
Tuesday 18th April (workshop 1)
Tuesday 25th April (workshop 2)
8 - 9:30pm at The Green House N16
Saturday 6th May at 1pm on Newington Green (meet in the Green House cafe space at 12.30 to then walk down to the green together)
Vox Voices regulars must be able to attend both Tuesday sessions and the performance.
