We are constantly thinking of our futures from a place of fear, negativity and doubt, in this workshop, we will think about what our hearts desire and let these desires have space to flourish. It's a space where you can voice your dreams and give them space to grow.
What to expect:
- A short introduction and welcome :)
- Meditation and visualisation to bring you into your body and help you open your mind to your inner desires and dreams
- A creative space with like minded people where you can relax and get let your creativity flow
- You will be provided with all the materials you need to make a beautiful vision board which you can take away at the end
- There is a caffe upstairs where you can buy any food or drinks you'd like - it's all vegan and delicious
