You'll be guided by Milly to playfully explore movement, breath work, and meditation, with the aim of finding focus, presence, and peace. Delve into a different theme each month; specific asanas, yogic philosophy, subtle body work to name a few. All levels welcome and encouraged!

Our The Spiritual Healing Temple is based around at the Hare and the Moon shop offering events and spiritual treatments. We have a large studio space to offer group workshops and classes, and healing rooms for individual treatments.
We are a non-denominational, all-inclusive and accessible spiritual wellness centre dedicated to celebrating the Divine Energies. We also offer a sacred space for quiet contemplation.
