Join us (Tamara+Hana) in person at the wonderful Life Centre in Notting hill, as we travel in space and time through the wonders of sound! sound journey will be complimented by tones from the crystal bowls and various sacred instruments ,inspiring a natural calibration of the energy centres of the body, allowing the vibrations to relax the body and soothe the mind as we journey inward to clear blockages making space for whatever is needed in that moment.
The aim is to expand consciousness to a higher level , to facilitate release, energetic shifts and inhibition of certain chemicals in the body such as stress hormone and Cortisol, promoting healing, regeneration, and reconnection with the pure self.
Sound Healing has been used for many years to raise our vibration and bring us to a level of consciousness, by aligning with the vibrations and frequencies, and simply allowing the mind and body to relax, during this sound bath waves of healing vibrations wash over each cell in your body, and help bring you into a deep mediative state as your brainwave states transforms you, creating a relaxing experience.
Each one of the singing bowls have been delicately tuned to one or more Chakra frequencies, this enables powerful vibrations generated by the singing bowl to work directly with the focused Chakra. Keeping the Chakras aligned and without blockages helps aid the body and mind towards good health.

I have not received my Vibrational Sound bath ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Vibrational Sound bath tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
