Join us for a three course vegan Indian feast at Loughborough Junction's finest cafe - The Platform. You can expect Mumbai street food style starters, south Indian thali dishes and an epic dessert of Mughal proportions.
Here's how the menu's shaping up so far:
Starter: Mumbai street food style baked onion bhaji, lemon pickle and bhel puri
Main: Keralan thali: cabbage thoran, coconut dhal, sweet potato and beetroot curry, tomato fry, cucumber pickle, rice and chapati
Dessert: Mughal-inspired meringue with pink rhubarb, coconut yoghurt and pistachio.
All vegan.
And don't forget it's BYO!
