26 января суббота - тур музей прикладного искусства Виктории и Альберта (обзорный тур). Тур подходит для детей 5,5 - 8 лет. Продолжительность примерно 1ч 45 минут. Начало в 13-00
О туре: Вы когда-нибудь слышали историю о волшебной шкатулке, в которой спрятаны чудеса со всех частей света? Именно так нам представляется этот завораживающий музей! В нем действительно, как в сказке, можно представить что летишь на ковре-самолете, а внизу, как на ладони, лежат города и страны с диковинными сокровищами. Но самое чудесное в этой сказке, что эти вещи были созданы не с помощью магии волшебника, а с помощью магии самых простых человеческих рук!

Условия и правила бронирования:
- Заказ билетов осуществляется заранее. На месте билеты не продаются. Все группы по определенному кол-ву детей и взрослых.
- После оплаты приходит в электронной форме на почту билет и дополнительно накануне тура письмо от нас с паролями-явками, важно чтобы вы оставляли свой актуальный электронный ящик.
- Билеты на экскурсии не подлежат обмену или возврату. Вы можете отдать кому-то из друзей/знакомых или написать на ФБ на нашей странице или ивенте. Сообщайте нам имя нового участника тура, пожалуйста.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
