Aimed at those with some beginner level yoga experience. We won't attempt very advanced asanas (poses), but you will be challenged, so prepare to sweat!
Day/date: Saturdays 27/07, 10/08 (no class on 3 August due to Fight Klub event).
Time: Arrive 9.20am for set up and 9.30am prompt start - no entry after. 1 hour class.
Location: On the deck in front of Yumm Brasserie, 1st floor, Dingwall road entrance.
Bring your yoga mat (not provided), water, comfortable clothing and layers for the final 'chill out' pose (Savasana), plus a yoga brick, if you have one.
Sorry, we don’t offer pre-natal yoga classes at present.
Yoga Alliance accredited RYT 200 hours teacher.

- Pay-on-the-door: £11 cash on arrival (subject to spaces available - arrive early).

Essential information and Terms and Conditions - read before booking:
- Bring a full length yoga mat (not provided), water and layers
- Arrive 9.20am for set-up and prompt 9.30am start. No entry after 9.30am - this is for your safety (essential warm up) and to respect others as we begin in silence with breath work to calm the mind/nervous system. We also end in silence.
- The class is 1 hour (min.)
- Suitable for those (over 16).
- We won't attempt advanced poses, e.g. handstands or splits, but you will be challenged!
- We don't offer pre-natal yoga or for under 16s at present
- Please consult a doctor before participating if you have a health condition/injury or have had surgery, and notify the yoga teacher on arrival
- Avoid eating min. 2 hours before class for your comfort and maximum benefit.

Tickets are non-refundable, unless we cancel. If we cancel, we’ll refund the advertised class price if you purchased a single ticket in advance.
No refunds if refused entry due to late arrival.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
