🎙 Speakers:
🔹 Åsa Stenmarck – Responsible for National Plastics Coordination, Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Naturvårdsverket). Åsa has extensive experience in plastic and material-related issues, leading national efforts to coordinate plastic reduction strategies. She is also an expert in negotiations for the global plastics treaty and contributed to the new EU Packaging Directive.
🔹 Elisah Pals – Founder of Zero Waste Netherlands, Elisah will share strategies for mobilizing communities and businesses to adopt zero waste practices, providing practical insights on reducing plastic at the source.
🔹 Larissa Copello – Packaging & Reuse Policy Officer at Zero Waste Europe, Larissa will discuss how progressive policies are shaping a more sustainable future, driving innovative reuse models and holding industries accountable.
🔹 Evelina Lundqvist – CEO, The Good Tribe. Evelina is an impact-driven entrepreneur working at the intersection of innovation and sustainability. Through The Good Tribe, she supports organizations in integrating sustainability into their core strategies, with a strong focus on circular economy solutions.

We are organizing an action day that will take place aligned with the UN World Environment Day (5th of June). This year’s theme is “Ending Plastic Pollution”, and we are bringing together different businesses, experts, NGOs, etc. to discuss and brainstorm solutions to sustainability challenges brought by organizations. But here is the twist: because this is a complex challenge, attendees can only participate if they have attended in advance 4 modules of online training:

Module 2: Decarbonization & the Circular Economy
Module 3: AI & Innovation for Sustainability
