Alternative-soul pioneers TUPELO return to the live circuit with brand new material showcasing their unique and edgy sound.

TUPELO’s set ebbs and flows from moody to euphoric while referencing a broad mix of styles. The band blend influences from trip-hop to soul, from classical to contemporary.

About Tupelo

Based in London, TUPELO has achieved sell-out shows at prestigious London venues The Camden Assembly (previously The Barfly) and The Borderline. They have performed alongside acts including Lamb, Nightmares on Wax, Portico and Submotion Orchestra, and played events including Farmfest (Somerset), Connect the Dots (Sheffield) and Ipswich Music Day.

London based TUPELO are: Chesney Jefferson (keys and vocals), Sophie Allen (synth and vocals), Jake Milburn (guitar), Jay Morrod (bass) and Seb Drayton (drums).

About Das Brass

Das Brass are a 8-piece brass collective and have been going since in 2014. Playing a mixed repertoire from pop classics to brass heavy New Orleans numbers, with a few originals thrown in for good measure. They have gone from strength to strength having played and busked all over London and beyond. Everyone knows the damage that a huge brass band can inflict on a party, and we can't wait for some badass honkiness from Das Brass at Grow!

Come to Grow in Hackney Wick to enjoy a performance by Tupelo and Das Brass for free and as it's our community night, it's 10% off all orders from the Slow Fire London kitchen.
