THE JUNK ORCHESTRA
Using objects and found sounds The Junk Orchestra takes on many forms - TripTic welcomes back a collaboration with Giles Leaman, Saul Eisenberg and their wacky collection of recovered and re-invented objects, their ever expanding array of sonic delight will soundscape the evening in both duo performance and collaboration.
CRISTINA GUITIAN
Cristina Guitian is an illustrator living and working in London.
The subtle visual metaphors that she creates explore memories, the present and the infinite, and are inspired by the notion of the impossible.
While the core of her practice is drawing, Guitian works across many mediums, including murals, sculpture and mixed-media installation.
Guitian’s distinct style of hand-drawn characters and typography creates surreal worlds filled with hybrid creatures that won her a Bronze Award, Best of British illustration in 2009.
Please be aware this one will be a shoe free event, bring your best and warm socks.
