    We all experience tough times. There are moments we feel on edge. So fragile, so close to breaking down. And at times we do break down because it's all too much. The waves wash over us drowning us.

    Many people have this misconception that to break down makes you a weak person but nothing could be further from the truth.

    Interpal will be delivering a Sisters Tour for the first time in 12 different cities in the UK!!


    So what will I cover?
    We will talk about tawakkul, explore verses from Surah Yusuf. In addition, we will have a section on Psychological and Islamic interventions for dealing with depression & bereavement and much more.

    Haleema Begum is a life coach and public speaker. She has a degree in Psychotherapy & Islamic Theology and over 8years of experience working with children on their emotional well-being as well as working in the mental health field. She is a pioneer in combining psychology and Islam within her work. Halema currently practices as a therapist for clients of bereavement and sexual abuse. She has worked with a number of organizations in different cities delivering talks on various topics that affect us in today’s society. She has recently delivered parenting and teenagers workshops with Stepping Stones 2 Wisdom across West Yorkshire.

    Haleema also hosted her own radio show focusing primarily on self-esteem and relationships. She is a supporter for Interpal with a great concern for the welfare of the Palestinians who have been suffering from psychological trauma.

    • I have not received my Trials & Tribulations ticket via email. What should I do?

      The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Trials & Tribulations tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Trials & Tribulations tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

    • I wish to cancel my Trials & Tribulations ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

      The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
