Description
We all experience tough times. There are moments we feel on edge. So fragile, so close to breaking down. And at times we do break down because it's all too much. The waves wash over us drowning us.
Many people have this misconception that to break down makes you a weak person but nothing could be further from the truth.
Interpal will be delivering a Sisters Tour for the first time in 12 different cities in the UK!!
So what will I cover?
We will talk about tawakkul, explore verses from Surah Yusuf. In addition, we will have a section on Psychological and Islamic interventions for dealing with depression & bereavement and much more.
