Hello housing organisers!
Neon is inviting you to 6 monthly sessions on creating a culture of care facilitated by our Transformative Organising Trainer, Vanessa Faloye starting March 29th from 6:00-7.30pm.
This 6-part workshop series is a space to come together and work through any emerging questions, situations, or challenges that show up in day-to-day organising. We will be focused on three areas of inquiry at three different levels:
- Wellbeing - Personal - How do we take personal responsibility for resourcing ourselves to be well and whole?
- Anti-oppression - Interpersonal - How do we take accountability for cultivating liberating relationships with each other across identity lines?
- Collective Care - Communal - How do we take initiative for sustaining resilient, transformative groups, organisations, and communities?

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to sign up to each session individually by registering your attendance on the event page. After each registration you will receive a confirmation email with the session zoom link.
