Please join me - Abi Adams on Saturday 30th June, for a workshop that will free the inspiration you hide away, daring you to be more than you thought possible. Offering a unique approach to movement from many years of self study, you will experience various forms of yoga (Budokon, Hatha, Kundalini), martial arts, animal locomotion, mobility and chakra therapy.
We will be inspired by music, words and sound to create heat, vibration and expression that allows our mental, physical and spiritual selves to rise, fly and soar.
You will leave this workshop with full understanding of your potential and what you want to do with it.
