Beth is offering the Yogamonks Feminine Fire Vinyasa as a way to connect to Earth, discover nourishment, support and balance. As we awaken our root chakra and hips, expect a transformative heat to burn through blocks, leaving you lighter, more spacious, connected, vibrant and clear.
Amy will then guide you into cultivating the healing power of touch through Thai massage. Amy has over 25 years experience as a massage therapist and teacher. Currently doing her MA in Yoga & Meditation at SOAS, as well as Mindfulness training with Breathworks in Pain Management, you will literally be in the best possible hands.
Hannah Mi is a performer, teacher and practitioner of the Sacred Earth Belly Dance, a dance with respect for nature and the elements, woman's innate knowledge, the language of archetypes and each individual's spiritual depth. For 16 years now she has followed the search for an authentic and wild life through the lens of music, dance and poetry of the body.
