Join the Olympic athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton✨, who is on course to compete in Rio in 2016, for a HIIT workout in an old industrial warehouse reconverted by JJ Locations into a stunning film studio.
Can you keep going up to the end? Can you keep it up?
It will be an intense circuit session with music, targeting legs, arms, abs and bum with some drills and a little bit of running!
There will be some well-earned snacks from EarlyBird to help you refuel. Guess what? Perri is a big fan of birch water ; she drinks it to rehydrate after a tough workout. There will be plenty of bottles (only for finishers though )
Get your tickets before they run out and brace yourself!
Please note: The workout will begin at 7pm sharp, please arrive around 6.45pm to have enough time to get changed. Refunds cannot be given for these events
