Is it your child’s dream to become the next leading British athlete? Argos is offering the chance for kids to get one step closer and train like a champ, with three-time Olympic medalist, Louis Smith!
Partnering exclusively with Fitbit, Argos is offering children aged eight to thirteen the chance to attend a fitness class on Tuesday 31st July in the Birmingham Union Street Argos store, led by Team GB gymnast, Louis Smith.
The session will get hearts pumping and pulses racing as Louis and a highly-qualified fitness expert take youngsters through a world-class athlete’s training session, wearing a Fitbit Ace, focusing on mobility, stability and balance exercises.
If you’re interested in getting your child involved and giving them the opportunity to train like an athlete with Louis Smith, then sign up to one of the fun-filled sessions.
Please note tickets are free but will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be two sessions, each lasting 30 minutes.

Session times: 10:00am-10:30am or 11:00am-11:30am
NOTE: Only participants aged eight to thirteen can enter and must be accompanied by a responsible adult or guardian. All guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to their session starting. Once you have been granted a ticket, please monitor your emails for information regarding the fitness session closer to the time.

What should I wear? Please wear comfy clothes that are easy to move around in. We will provide water and healthy snacks.
How long will it last for? Each session will last no longer than thirty minutes, including a warm up, main session and cool down.
Do I need to have some fitness experience? Not at all, our experts will be leading a session suited to all fitness levels and experiences.

Will I be able to join the session if I don’t have a responsible adult present? Unfortunately not. All children who secure a place will be required to have a responsible adult, guardian or parent with them present.
