Silent Summer Screenings are proud to present Yateley's Live Music and Open Air Cinema Night!!
Gates will be open from: 20:00
Music from the award winning Remedysounds from: 20:30
Then Top Gun will take of at: 21:30
Ticket prices:
Adults: £12 online & £15 on the night (limited tickets will be available on the gate)
Children: £4 online & £6 on the night (Children are classed as under 15's,)
Please be aware Top Gun is Rated 12
IMPORTANT: Please remember to bring £10 cash for the deposit per headphone. (You will get the deposit back once the headphones are returned)
Here is the info you need to know for the night!
Seating:
Make sure you dress up warm and bring anything which may make your evening more comfortable: a torch, blankets, comfortable seating, please do keep in mind other peoples viewing when setting up your chairs.
Food & Drink
Food and drink will be available on site, but you are more then welcome to bring your own, including alcohol.
Wine bottles are fine but please refrain from bringing any other glass with you - use plastic cups to drink from as opposed to glass that can easily break. Please put your rubbish in the bins provided.
What time will the movie start?
The movie will start after sunset as we need it to be dark enough for the projector. The above time is an approximate, the movie might start a little sooner or a little later then the above time.
Where is the sound coming from?
All sound from the musician and movie will be coming through wireless headphones.
A £10 cash deposit will be required per set on the night of event, don't worry now, as long as the headphones are returned you will get your money back.
(The headphones that are used are set to a certain frequency, this means you are not able to use your own headphones)
Smokers
If you would like to smoke during the event please pop yourself at the back and out of range from others, and also please put your cigarettes into the ashtrays/bins provided!
Litter
This event has been able to go ahead due to the approval and enthusiasm of the Town Council, please respect the land and leave it in the beautiful way that you find it, bins will be provided so please be sure to use them.
Events like these are able to go ahead and continue as long as the area is being respected, so when leaving make sure to respect the neighbouring area too!!

Silent Summer Screenings maintains the right to refuse ticket holders admission in reasonable circumstances including health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is invalid.
• Parents should check each production prior to the purchase of any tickets. Age restrictions and recommendations for children may apply due to the nature and suitability of the film. Whilst age recommendations and restrictions may be placed on some productions, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian in advance of purchase to make their own judgement as to the suitability of a production.
• We can guarantee that for all movies shown a copyright license has been obtained.
• The use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones is not permitted.
Food, drink and personal belongings.
• Alcohol will only be available on the event dates and only sold on the premises for guests 18+. We reserve the right to ask for a proof of age of anyone appearing to be 21 or younger.
• The ticket holder agrees to take full responsibility of the health, safety and security of the food, drink and items they bring to the screening.
• Silent Summer Screenings and its affiliates is not liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than that caused as a result of our negligence.
• You are required to clear away all your rubbish in the facilities provided.
Other
• In the event of bad weather the movie screening will continue.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
• Child tickets are valid for those 15 years and under. Adult tickets are required for those over.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
