Free - GBP 200.00

Date

Description

Last September we lost our wonderful friend Tim Graham. Tim loved life, loved friends, loved a party, loved music .. and loved cricket. We've put all this together to have a Memorial Fair celebrating this charming man who brought so much colour and warmth to our lives.

Tickets are £25 each for Adults - which allows for a minimum of £10 to go to the British Heart Foundation and Wycombe General Intensive Care Unit and gives the ticket holder a traditional Tea and a Supper. We're saying Guests are welcome Noon to Midnight, although the first cricket game kicks off as early as 10am! There'll be lots of events in addition to the cricket-fest going on across the green ..- a band playing in the Marquee at 8pm, a jazz band playing in the afternoon, various Games like Rounders, Tug O'war, Coconut Shy, Yoga, etc etc (although some of these are currently in the Organisers' heads!). There will be a high quality Hog Roast but also excellent Vegetarian options. A glass of fizz to toast dear Tim / Cobra / Sainto is also part of the package ..There will be an all-day PAY-Bar run by the local cricket club, with fabulous ales, fine wines and soft drinks. Please bring CASH as they won't have a card machine!

The £10 ticket is set up for the Unwaged (including teenagers aged 13-17 inclusive.) No charity donation will be made from this ticket.

Guests are welcome to bring their own refreshments and entertainments. Hopefully the sun will shine and it will be the kind of perfect country cricket fair so loved by Tim.

Don't hesitate to contact Kate or myself if you have any queries. Finally please purchase tickets now - or soon- so we have cashflow to fund the various events ...

FAQ

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

  • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

  • Where do I find a link to an online event?

Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event. You might also want to read the event description on Billetto where an event organiser should describe how to join the event online. For more information on this, read here.

  • What is refund protection and why would I need it?

Refund Protection provides you with the assurance that if unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances interfere with your ability to attend an event you can claim a refund. For more information on this, read here.
