Through the Chakras: Into the Light - with Ellinor Madeland:

Join us for a transformative experience as we embark on a deep and healing journey through each of the seven Chakras, awakening and aligning our energy centres for greater balance, flow, vitality, and to deepen our connection with Spirit.

This is an online, guided meditation journey where we will dive into the individual themes of each Chakra - starting from the Root Chakra, exploring themes of groundedness, stability, and security - to the Crown Chakra, where we’ll connect deeply with Spirit and experience profound consciousness and soul expansion.

This immersive experience will help you to clear any stagnant or negative energy, heal blockages, and ignite the full power of your energy centres. By the end, you’ll feel a deep sense of alignment, with a renewed sense of energy, integrity, authenticity, love, and harmony.

This journey will also lead us to a point where we come together, in the form of our brightest light, to shine love, compassion and healing into the darkest corners of humanity and this planet. As this journey has the potential of bringing up all sorts of emotions and internal processes, I recommend that you set up a private, quiet and comfortable space where you can fully sink into the experience and where you feel safe to express yourself freely.

About Ellinor (Workshop Facilitator):

"A decade ago, I left Sweden for London and began a deep spiritual journey - discovering Buddhist meditation, energy work and tantra. This path brought profound transformation but also deep challenges, leading me through trauma, disconnection and years of healing work.

In 2022, a head injury forced me to slow down and rebuild my life from the inside out. But what felt like a setback became my greatest teacher, leading me to a spiritual awakening that helped reclaim the power in my heart, my soul's purpose and connect to Spirit in the most powerful way. Now, I’m here to share this life-changing work with you".
