The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show is the UK's finest whisky festival, bringing distillers and whisky lovers from all over the world together in the heart of London for a truly luxurious whisky and food experience.
2015 is the start of a new era for The Whisky Show, with our new venue, Old Billingsgate, giving us even more space to fill with whisky, food and fun.
The theme for 2015 is 'Legends of Whisky' and we will be joined by the biggest names in the whisky world, who'll be on hand to tell us their legendary stories and share a dram.
Expect food pairings, cocktails, free seminars and incredible masterclasses, as well as the biggest range of whiskies that the UK has ever seen.
The show opens at 11.30am each day and closes at 6.30pm, with last pour at 6.10pm. Each ticket includes entry to the show, a glass, lunch, food-pairings, free seminars, whisky samples and a Dream Dram token, exchangeable for one of the super-premium whiskies available at the show.
One day isn't enough to see everything, so why not grab a weekend ticket to make the most of everything we have to offer! For a limited time we are offering early bird weekend tickets, saving you £53 on buying each day separately.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email.
