At a time when London’s high-streets are facing the biggest crisis yet. We’re making the Where Wolf store’s inventories visible to the digital shopper in real-time so you know exactly what’s in store. This has never been done before.

Like what you see but don’t want to pay the tagged price? With Where Wolf’s price drop feature, you will be immediately notified when the price of your chosen product drops in store and you can immediately come in to store and buy it.

I have not received my The Where Wolf Pop Up ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your The Where Wolf Pop Up tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your The Where Wolf Pop Up tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my The Where Wolf Pop Up ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
