Description

In this, the third, of our seasonal festivities we will be celebrating Spring,

and its green shoots of rebirth and awakening. The evening will open

with an extended season-specific yoga practice led by Naomi Annand,

the director of Yoga on the Lane. Focusing on nourishing ourselves as

things shift so that we ride the flux with mindful self-care, all the time

nurturing our intentions as they begin to flower and opening up the body

in time for the warmer climes ahead.

This is an inclusive workshop and all levels will be catered for just bring

yourself and a mat! To complement the yoga Ania Weksler, owner of

Dalston’s Fingers Crossed café, will be cooking up a feast of seasonal

vegan delights, to satisfy even the heartiest of post-yoga appetites.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services.     The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.   • I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?

    If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
