Calling all wonder women come and enjoy an informative, uplifting and nourishing Saturday afternoon to you in the peaceful surroundings of the Hamblin hall and gardens.
Welcoming Laura and Kerry our Glow Day physiotherapists, to share their expertise on the pelvic floor and why it is so important for women to be aware of its impact on their health and well-being.
After their interactive presentation we will get you cosy, wrapped up and treat you to a wonderful deep relaxation session followed by chai and cake!
