YEY With the success of our first month we are going again for the month of APRIL!!!
We don't know about you but we are so ready to start getting fit and healthy after a lot of baby growing and winter indulgence. We keep getting ill and just feel all together a bit sluggish. So we have teamed up with Neon PT in Hale to bring you a 1/2 hr HIIT session every week! You can bring your babies, there will be an area where we can pop them down to play whilst we undergo a quick half an hour HIIT session with one of the highly trained Neon PT trainers.
You only sign up for 4 weeks at a time (there are 12 in total) but we only have 6 spaces so be quick. At the end of your 4 weeks you will get priority over the next 4 week spots if you want to continue.
You will work closely with a PT to make sure you doing the correct exercises with the correct form, us girls have to look after our bodies!!
You'll sweat, meet some friends and you can even bring your baby if you need to!!!
£15 per session, 1 session a week for 4 weeks.
Class time 10am, please get there 10 minutes before each session.

First Course finish date: Monday 30th March

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
