We don't know about you but we are so ready to start getting fit and healthy after a lot of baby growing and winter indulgence. We keep getting ill and just feel all together a bit sluggish. So we started in Hale and it was a HUGE success and now Northampton it is your turn. You can bring your babies, there will be an area where we can pop them down to play whilst we undergo a HIIT session with Jamie Warr. Jamie's infectious personality, passion for health, in depth knowledge of training and holistic approach ensures a tailor-made service that produces results. Running successful bootcamps before switching direction and moving on to an exclusive personal training studio in Mayfair where he quickly became one of the most popular trainers. His success here led him to work as Director of Fitness for Wellness London, a successful corporate wellness company with clients based all around the UK.
Since we can only accommodate 8 mums, it will feel like a one on one PT session, as your form will be closely monitored.
As mums we have to be very careful with our bodies not to do exercises that may damage it more after birth, so we work closely with these personal trainers to make sure the classes are designed to give you each the attention you need. The course will be held at a private venue Move4 Physio, where you will also be able to get advice and treatment from the experienced staff.
You'll sweat, meet some mums and you can bring your baby if you need to, they may even come in as a handy weight!!!
Course details £12 per session, 1 session a week for 6 weeks.
Classes start at 10am, please arrive 10 minutes before and provide any snacks toys your child will need.
