The Mariachis are the official band of the Doritos TV commercials. Commencing June 2012, the campaign featured them singing pop classics with a Mexican twist. Their versions of Human Leagues ‘Don’t you Want Me’, East 17’s ‘Stay Another Day’ and Joan Jett’s ‘I Love Rock & Roll’ have received over 13.5m online video views and 500,000 Facebook likes.
Consisting of guitars, accordion and trumpet, all 5 band members are highly accomplished musicians and singers. The band perform many other pop hits along with traditional Mariachi repertoire including songs like ‘La Bamba’, ‘Guantanamera’ and ‘Lambada’.

I have not received my The Mariachis ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your The Mariachis tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your The Mariachis tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my The Mariachis ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
