Please join us at BMA House in Tavistock Square for a dynamic day to debate, exchange ideas and share learning on how organisations operating in Africa can build the leadership and business skills they need to succeed.

Introduction & welcome; Jonathan Man, CEO of IDM.
Panel debate; Unleashing talent in Africa; Dr Eric Soubeiga, author - Senior Investment Officer for Education and Healthcare for West and Central Africa at International Finance Corporation - will help us explore how innovations in education are playing a role in releasing the huge untapped human potential in the region.
Keynote; Keith Jones, author, facilitator, coach and Visiting Faculty at London Business School. Keith is a leadership specialist and will share key insights from his new book, co-authored with Tessa Sharp - ‘Provoke; The art of transformative facilitation’.
Coffee and conversations
Keynote; Dr Tara Swart, neuroscientist, executive advisor, medical doctor, best-selling author. Tara is a Senior Lecturer at MIT Sloan and Visiting Senior Lecturer at King’s College, London. She is a specialist in building mental resilience in leaders and teams and will share the findings from her latest book - 'The Source; Open Your Mind, Change Your Life' (a free copy is available for all attendees).
Buffet lunch
Panel debate; Reversing the ex-pat model; the role of corporates in building skills and unlocking potential in Africa and how to draw on African talent to deepen the diversity of global succession pipelines.
