Brilliant … Inspired and fun (and very educational too)Katherine

“That was so clever and so informative. I didn't believe you would be able to link dogs and fonts so well” Theo

“Most enjoyable—richly informative on both dogs and fonts!” Richard

“A very engaging hour and so much more than dog-spotting on your daily walk. Selecting a handful of dog breeds, Sarah very ably and quite painlessly managed to weave in around them a historical narrative of typefaces.

“She identified parallels between fonts and the visual characteristics and personality traits of different dog breeds and demonstrated how both fonts and dog choices responded to certain social and fashion trends in their own day, from late mediaeval to 21st century. Wearing her erudition very lightly, Sarah engaged her viewers with a fun, interactive, quizz like approach so that the short hour left participants, whether dog/font/art or history-lovers, enriched on many levels.

“Highly recommended.” Lydia
