Thank you very much for booking your ticket for The Healthy Living Show at The Ageas Bowl, West End, Southampton, it's going to be an amazing event!
1) Each ticket gives entry to one person to The Healthy Living Show specified on the ticket. Children aged 14 and under do not require a ticket although we do ask that they are accompanied by an adult at all times.
2) We're unable to offer refunds for this event due to high up-front non-returnable costs.
3) We reserve the right to change the line-up of exhibitors, talks, demonstrations, films and workshops without offering a refund.
3) The consumption of your own food and drink (ie. not bought at the fair) is not permitted.
4) Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, will not be allowed into the venue.
5) We expect everyone to be respectful of and to each other no matter what their or your beliefs are. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if we deem that you are not behaving in this way and re-entry may not be granted. We may also prevent you from entering if we believe that you are intoxicated or behaving in an aggressive manner. No refunds will be given in these instances.
6) Filming and photography will take place at this event so we can show the folks at home what the fair was like. By coming along, you agree that you are happy for yourself and any accompanying children to appear in these images and footage. Further permission will not be sought on the day.
7) We accept no liability or responsibility for any reaction suffered as a result of products bought or sampled at the fair. It is your responsibility to enquire to the vendor the ingredients of the products before consumption.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
