Here's the menu for the first 'family style' feast;
Raw beef, Kashk, fermented chilli, apple.
Charred corn, aioli, gremolata, tahini, soft egg.
Braised mussels, fennel and garlic sausage, clamato juice, prickly oil, ciabatta.
Goat shoulder ‘ Sisig ‘ crispy shallots.
Fried brussel sprouts, salted black beans, pickled chillies, smoked lardo.
Grilled tropea onions, black vinegar, sumac, oregano.
Hash browns, English ham, Kewpie mayo.
Crunchie ice cream, grilled white peaches, Regents park honey.
