Description
Come and join us for The Community Brain’s Christmas show, The Forgotten Village, a walkabout performance around your local area. Meet some famous Christmas characters as you help a Traveller to bring the light back to The Forgotten Village.
Two shows per day across three locations in the Borough:
14th & 15th Kingston (16.30 & 18.30)
17th & 18th Surbiton (16.30 & 18.30)
19th & 20th Tolworth (14.00 & 17.00)
We want to spread as much magic as possible so we are offering tickets on a tiered system. Ticket income goes towards covering the show costs, if you can afford a little more that will also help subsidise tickets for those who can't afford to pay as much.
One ticket gives access to one show slot for your family or bubble of up to 6 (including children), each group begins the walk at ten minute intervals.
Show duration approximately 50 min, each location is within a 5 minute walk. Please note, no seating is available during the performance. Meeting point details will be communicated to ticket holders ahead of the performance.

The performance is fully Covid compliant.
Please note that because of the ever changing situation during the current Pandemic, we are subject to local regulations and restrictions which may affect the performances. Should any shows be cancelled due to Covid you will be offered a refund (minus the ticket admin fee) or a different date where possible.

I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. To get in touch with the event organiser, simply reply to your order confirmation email or use the "Contact organiser" form on the organiser's profile. For more help with this, read here.

I have registered on the waiting list, what happens now?
If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.

Where do I find a link to an online event?
Check your order confirmation page or order confirmation email. Usually, the organiser of the event provides the details in the order confirmation email or they might send you a follow-up email with a link to their online event.
