The fireworks FLEX festival, will be a fireworks extravaganza providing some of the UK's best artists such as DAVID ZOWIE, CHIPMUNK & SO SOLID CREW.
The fireworks FLEX festival, is the first of its Kind in Medway, providing many of the UK's best dance music acts. The festival is being held at the beautiful Riverview manor which is situated on the banks of the River Medway in Rochester, providing a stunning backdrop. The FLEX festival is to be launched on Saturday 5th November 2016 where there will be a fireworks display to launch FLEX with a bang there will be two main arenas is one of which will be pumping house and the other will be pumping UK garage all provided by the U.K.'s very best.

The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your THE FIREWORK FLEX tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your THE FIREWORK FLEX tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my THE FIREWORK FLEX ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
