Description

THE F**K IT WAY PRESENT

THE F**K IT EXPERIENCE

You’re standing with 300 others in the magical venue that is The Phoenix in London. The lights dim, and the stage starts to glow. The music starts gently at first, and is accompanied by soothing images on the huge screen behind the stage. John C. Parkin, author of the F**k It books, starts to talk over the music about why we all need to relax and say F**k It more.

As he talks, you relax. You realize that you’ve been working too hard, pushing things too much, stressing about things that don’t really matter. And hearing this makes you feel better. John talks too about what happens in the body when we relax and let go – that the energy starts to flow again.

Then the music changes a gear. The beat gets stronger and you can’t help but start to move. John talks about how to let go, and how to move more freely, and how moving more freely like this can teach us to move more freely in life too.

The music builds and builds, and you begin to feel more and more free… freer in your body, so that you’re really enjoying the dancing… you’re dancing like no one’s watching… and freer in your mind as your daytime worries disappear and you just feel so present and so in the joy of what’s happening.

At the end of the 2 hour experience, you feel free and elated. You have gone through so many feelings and experiences – you have gone through The F**k It Experience. Days later you still feel the effect of the freedom you experienced that night.

And you’re grateful too – because you were there at the F**k It Experience, in London, on the 8th December, 2013.

John C. Parkin performs his latest 2-hour F**k It Experience for the first time at The Phoenix on 8th December: combining his inspiring F**k It words with his powerful, never-heard-before F**k It Music, accompanied by amazing video imagery and light show.
