In celebration of this week’s launch of The Crew Motorfest, Ubisoft is offering gamers and car enthusiasts in London, a free ride that they’ll never forget!

Travel in style on the day The Crew Motorfest is released (14th September) by booking a 20-minute slot below to be chauffeur-driven in one of the ultra-rare cars that feature in the game itself– the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.

The third game in a series which has been played by over 40 million people, The Crew Motorfest invites players to immerse themselves in car culture and embark on thrilling driving experiences in a vibrant open world, located in O’ahu, Hawaii.

Passengers must be 18 and over to be eligible for the experience and must be willing to have their journeys filmed to be featured in a video edit that will sit on The Crew Motorfest/Ubisoft’s social media channels.

The Crew Motorfest Supercar Taxi Service Terms and Conditions:

• Book a slot online (via bookings website Billetto) to receive a free 20-minute ride in the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray.
• Bookings are available between 08:00 am and 14:00 pm on Thursday 14^th September 2023 only
• The event is open to UK residents aged eighteen (18) and over.
• To guarantee your ride, passengers will need to pre-book by 00:00 on 14th September 2023
• Only one registration is allowed per person - Only one 20-minute slot may be chosen per person.
• Only one passenger is allowed per booking.
• To be eligible for a free 20-minute ride, you must have signed up to the service via Billetto.
• Once time slots have been successfully booked, applicants will receive a confirmation email from Billetto.
• Rides will leave from 11 Battle Bridge Lane (outside Leon), London, SE1, Just off Tooley Street, Outside London Bridge Station during your allocated slot. Please be at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes before your allocated time of ride where someone from the Ubisoft team will be there to meet you – please make yourself known to them.
• Passengers will be required to make their own way to the pick-up point, Ubisoft/ The Crew Motorfest will not be responsible for this or able to reimburse any travel expenses
• Ahead of getting in the car, passengers will need to choose a destination to be dropped off within a 20-minute radius of the pick-up location, otherwise the driver will drop you back at the pickup point when the ride is complete.
• Time slots are booked on a first come first served basis.
• The information you provide will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act and controlled by Stripe Communications, a supplier of Ubisoft and organiser of this activity.
• In the case of unforeseen delays on rides outside the control of Ubisoft, successful applicants will be contacted and informed and there will be no compensation offered under these circumstances.
• Alternative ride times will not be accepted outside those chosen on Billetto. In the case of a customer not being available at their chosen time on the day, their ride will be forfeited.
• GoPros will be fitted inside each car and passengers need to consent to having their journeys filmed
• All passengers must sign a photography waiver document before getting in the cars which gives your permission to be filmed and potentially feature in a video which will be shared across The Crew Motorfest and Ubisoft’s social media channels including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.
• Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Billetto. The information provided by entrants will only be used for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
