Wanna level up in 2019? Join the Fly Girl Collective for a series of inspiring, knowledge-sharing talks with experts and influencers from the health and fitness scene. From workouts and self-care to nutrition and wellbeing, you’ll discover how to live your best life and more – so if you’re keen to shake up your regime, be fly and connect with a dope tribe, come along to this motivational kickstart to your week. And don’t forget your notebooks!

(Proceeds from The Cool Down will go to The Maya Centre, a free counselling service for multi-ethnic women in Islington who have experienced mental health issues, trauma or gender-based violence)

April's topic: Glowing Up – this talk will explore how women can prioritise their health and fitness, no matter their stage in life. The panellists will share how they changed their lifestyles, offering handy tips, knowledge and advice to help you 'glow up', use health and fitness to grow in confidence, and be your best self this spring.

  • I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?

    The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

  • I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?

    The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
