The Chi Chill Zone is the ultimate immersive relaxing experience.
Saturday 21st January, 3.30pm to 4.30pm
In this class, you will get to try Mindful Motion which combines tai chi, yoga and meditation to help you to beat stress and anxiety.
Mood lighting and meditative music will engulf you as you enjoy the relaxing Mindful Motion movements.
This is suitable for all levels of fitness. Ages 16+. No special equipment required; just bring a bottle of water and wear loose clothing.
