Welcome to fitness, yoga, adventures in art, wild swimming in the invigorating fresh air, and a chance to leave the world behind on the stunning, unspoiled western edge of Wales.
And welcome to sumptuous feasts where raw and vegan delicacies square off against wood fired pizza, craft gins and, trust us, the best burgers on earth.
We’ve left nothing undone to help you Find your Feel Good.
You love our vibe and our Big Retreat tribe love meeting year after year- catching up with new friends and family. We limit our size (max 3000 tickets) to keep this atmosphere. We’re small - but strong!
We believe in filling your days with magic. So we offer over 300 carefully curated events, classes, workshops and talks
From things you may have enjoyed before, to things which will stop your mind in its tracks.
We encourage you to try something new - see if it fits, if it inspires, maybe changes your perceptions, if it makes you Feel Good.
And space for kids. A football pitch for hours of fun, trampolining and fitness classes, family yoga and mindfulness, dance classes, bushcraft and den building, foraging, music, and arts & crafts. And running around. A lot.
We put our heart and soul into our festival.
Our guests are our family. And when the sun sinks serenely in the West on Monday evening we’ll bid you farewell as you journey back to your world. On Tuesday you’ll stroll back through the doors of your life, brimming with wonderful festival memories.

The Big Retreat Wales will take place on the Old Castle Site in Lawrenny from 22th to 25th May 2020, with Adult weekend passes starting from £179 and under-5s admitted free. Admission includes access to 90% of all on-site fitness and wellbeing sessions, workshops, talks and live performances, whilst additional cost will be charged for a small number of classes/workshops, massages and hot tubs. I have not received my ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you.
