Welcome to fitness, yoga, adventures in art, wild swimming in the invigorating fresh air, and a chance to leave the world behind on the stunning, unspoiled western edge of Wales.
And welcome to sumptuous feasts where raw and vegan delicacies square off against wood fired pizza, craft gins and, trust us, the best burgers on earth.
We’ve left nothing undone to help you Find your Feel Good.
You love our vibe and our Big Retreat tribe love meeting year after year- catching up with new friends and family. We limit our size (max 3000 tickets) to keep this atmosphere. We’re small - but strong!
We believe in filling your days with magic. So we offer over 300 carefully curated events, classes, workshops and talks
From things you may have enjoyed before, to things which will stop your mind in its tracks.
We encourage you to try something new - see if it fits, if it inspires, maybe changes your perceptions, if it makes you Feel Good.
And space for kids. A football pitch for hours of fun, trampolining and fitness classes, family yoga and mindfulness, dance classes, bushcraft and den building, foraging, music, and arts & crafts. And running around. A lot.
We put our heart and soul into our festival.
Our guests are our family. And when the sun sinks serenely in the West on Monday evening we’ll bid you farewell as you journey back to your world. On Tuesday you’ll stroll back through the doors of your life, brimming with wonderful festival memories.
HEADLINERS 2020 Include: Matt Johnson, Mr Motivator, The Scummy Mummies, The Dirty Vegan, Erica Davies, Sean Fletcher, Briony May, Richie Norton, The Breath Guy, Toni Jones, Dr Ahmed Kazmi, The Nordic Sisters, Ryan Riley, Ceri Jones, Dan Beasling-Harling and Michael Maisey.
The Big Retreat Wales will take place on the Old Castle Site in Lawrenny from 22th to 25th May 2020, with Adult weekend passes starting from £179 and under-5s admitted free. Admission includes access to 90% of all on-site fitness and wellbeing sessions, workshops, talks and live performances, whilst additional cost will be charged for a small number of classes/workshops, massages and hot tubs. Ik heb mijn ticket niet via e-mail ontvangen. Wat moet ik nu doen?
Het eerste wat je moet doen is je spam/junk filters en inboxen controleren. Je tickets werden verzonden als een bijlage en kunnen door sommige e-maildiensten als spam worden beschouwd. Ik wil mijn ticket annuleren en mijn geld terugkrijgen. Wat moet ik doen?
De goedkeuring van terugbetalingen is de beslissing van de organisator van het evenement, en je dient contact op te nemen met de organisator van het evenement om te bespreken welke opties voor jou beschikbaar zijn. Om in contact te komen met de organisator van het evenement, hoef je alleen maar te antwoorden op de bevestigingsmail van je bestelling of het formulier "Contact opnemen met organisator" op het profiel van de organisator te gebruiken. Ik heb me ingeschreven op de wachtlijst, wat gebeurt er nu?
Als er meer kaarten beschikbaar komen wordt je op de hoogte gesteld (via email), samen met de anderen die op de lijst staan. Kopen van de kaarten is op een first-come first-serve manier. Voor meer informatie kun je hier lezen.

Waar vind ik een link naar een online evenement?
Controleer je orderbevestigingspagina of orderbevestigingsmail. Gewoonlijk verstrekt de organisator van het evenement de details in de e-mail met de orderbevestiging of ze kunnen je een vervolgmail sturen met een link naar hun online evenement. Misschien wil je ook de evenementbeschrijving op Billetto lezen, waar een evenementorganisator moet beschrijven hoe hij online aan het evenement kan deelnemen.
