Description
The Anern Trio (Lisa Ueda, Ian Byrne Brito, Nigel Blomiley) return to Cornwall to perform Beethoven's Three String Trios at Tremayne Hall, Mylor Bridge.
Ueda, who will be performing on a 1775 Gagliano instrument, is a prize-winning violinist who has performed in concert halls around the world, including in Japan, the UK and US.
Ian Byrne Brito, who will be playing the viola, is the Professor of Violin and Viola at the Violin School. Ian studied at the The Hague Royal Conservatory and went on to complete a masters at the Royal Academy of Music in London. He has also had a successful international music career.
Nigel Blomiley, on cello, has previously coached the National Youth Orchestra of Wales and served as Principal Cellist of the BBC Concert Orchestra. He has worked with an array of distinguished musicians, including Sir Charles Mackerras, Sir Peter Maxwell-Davies, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Yehudi Menuhin and Cliff Richard.
As always, a range of refreshments will be available to purchase during the event, alongside a raffle.
