This is a really exciting project for me. I am working with one of my best friends, the beautiful Lotte Bowser, to host a day retreat exclusively for teenagers. The workshop will focus on how to create balance, something that I personally found really difficult in my teenage years.
We will enjoy yoga classes, workshops and of course plenty of delicious food and treats throughout the day. We will be discussing topical issues based around leading a balanced lifestyle with plenty of time to share, learn and discuss any questions and ideas that come up within the group.
We can’t wait for this event and look forward to meeting you all there. Plus, of course there will be an awesome goodie bag for each guest to take away, packed with my favourite brands.
Tickets are £80, or buy with a friend and get a £20 discount each. To benefit from the discount, purchase one ticket at £80 and the second ticket for £40. Any further tickets for groups of 3 or more can be bought at £60. If you have any questions, please email annie@mindbodybowl.co.uk.

I have not received my Teen Wellness Workshop ticket via email. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check your spam/junk filters and inboxes. Your Teen Wellness Workshop tickets were sent as an attachment and can be thought of as spam by some email services. Alternatively, you can always find your Teen Wellness Workshop tickets in your Billetto account that you can access in the browsers or the dedicated Billetto app. For more help with this, read here.

I wish to cancel my Teen Wellness Workshop ticket and receive a refund. What should I do?
The approval of refunds is entirely at the event organiser’s discretion, and you should get in contact with the event organiser to discuss what options are available to you. If more tickets become available you will be notified (by email) amongst others who have joined the list. Purchasing is on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, read here.
