Wind Down Well with Danielle Copperman
Do you find it hard to switch off fully at the end of the day? Do you find it impossible to manage your stress levels and find time to really relax? Are you constantly on or anxious or guilty whenever you do take a breather? Danielle, author of Well Being: Recipes and rituals to realign the body and mind, has been there, and through the recipes and rituals in her book, she is determined to help others live a more grounded, calmer and positive life.
Join Danielle Copperman as she takes you through a selection of evening time rituals from her book, including stretching, self massage and pranayama, followed by a short yoga nidra meditation. You will leave with simple tools to apply to the end of your days to ensure you ease out of each day fully and slow down enough to fully switch off. Through deeper relaxation and better quality sleep, these practices can transform your daily life by reducing negativity, anxiety and stress. The intention is for you to understand how when you take time to do less, you end up more powerful and productive because of it.
The workshop will end with a relaxing herbal infusion to aid sounder sleep.
