Her work as a model (those early call times and long days) and founder of Qnola (basically, never not working), she has always struggled with low energy, low mood and lack of motivation. Whilst training in diet and nutrition, Strala yoga, shiatsu, holistic massage, Danielle picked up invaluable tools from people and traditions the world over. She drew from a variety of practices and teachings and selected her favourite recipes and rituals to elevate energy levels in the morning, and keep energised throughout the day, and adapted them to fit easily into the busyness of modern day life.
Join Danielle as she takes you through a selection of morning rituals from her book. The workshop will begin with an introduction to energy and how to honour and listen to your body, and will then go on to look at several techniques for energising the body. Expect stretching, tapping, shaking and pranayama breathing. You will leave with simple tools to apply to your day to day life.
The workshop will end with an energising breakfast spread of qnola, dairy-free yoghurt and seasonal fruits, accompanied by an iced cacao and tocotrienols tonic to set you up for a lively and proactive Sunday.
